Horses win is a toe tapper. It was also loads of fun to make. I wanted to have something earthy that smoked along tribal lines and scares evil spirits like rabbits. This is more wordy than the song, ha ha. It's a feeling thing. The thing I'm trying to impart is the notion of life as a game. At every encounter, someone is taking advantage of the situation. Its unavoidable, If you shelve your fears, you play better. I wanted the feeling to be... Feel good, play hard and look out or you will get run over! It's all very exciting here on earth if we don't take it too seriously. Proper attitude is more important than life and death. A negative mental attitude IS death so cheer up and get on with it. I don't know if I pulled it off but I like the vibe. I would suggest that you not overthink it. I sure didn't.
lyrics
So when you're on the sidewalk.
..Horses win.
So when you pay the gypsy
..Horses win
When you tie your fears to the mast
We can put our ears to the grass
So when you drink your whiskey
..... Horses win
So when you tie your fears to the mast
We can put our ears to the grass
So when you're on the sidewalk
. ... . ....horses win
